1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using StashPaste ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use StashPaste on your personal Mac computers. This is a lifetime license — you pay once and own it forever, including all future updates.
3. Free Trial
StashPaste offers a 14-day free trial with all features fully unlocked. No credit card is required. After the trial period, a valid license key is required to continue using the app.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell StashPaste
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
StashPaste and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by StashPaste. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the software.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
StashPaste is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StashPaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of StashPaste, including loss of data.
8. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with StashPaste, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at support@stashpaste.com to initiate a refund.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
